Many of the children who attend camp know that they could not attend if it was not for the kindness of their “camp sponsors”. They are so thankful to God for His provision through them. Last year, we asked the children to write a message to those who sent donations for them to attend camp. One little girl “S” wrote the following,

“I am so thankful that you did not forget about us. May God bless you for what you are doing. Please don’t stop giving children the opportunity to learn about God.” And then she went on to say that it would be good for those who gave to come and see camp too – even if the morning exercises are a little bit tiring!

“S” message is for all of us – those who organise the camp, those who pray, those who give, those who cook, those who drive, those who volunteer during camp week etc. Everyone is needed and her message is worth repeating “Please don’t stop giving children the opportunity to learn about God.”
