The Apostle Paul wrote to the believers in Colossae, “Whom we proclaim...” (1:28), referring to the Lord Jesus Christ.
From the moment of his conversion, this became the priority of his life: proclaiming the greatest Person who has ever walked on earth.
Today, in Timiș and wherever we are sent, we share with children and teenagers about Jesus Christ —about His suffering, death, resurrection, ascension, and return. The greatest mission field needs to know the greatest Person.
We live in times with the greatest opportunities for proclamation. The message of the Gospel reaches schools, streets, homes, and playgrounds. The greatest story must be heard by as many as possible, especially during this season when society remembers the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Fully dependent on Him, we acknowledge that the work is His: He prepares us, sends us, and sustains us. We proclaim Him, and He convicts, changes, and transforms.
We encourage you to get involved through prayer and giving. We plan to proclaim Him:
• in special Easter programs (at least 15 meetings);
• through the distribution of 5,000 brochures, “The Greatest Story,” from door to door;
• by training others through the course “Teaching Children Effectively 1,” which begins in Timiș on 18 April.
“Whom we proclaim…!” Let us work together so that, in these days, the greatest story, centered on the greatest Person, may be proclaimed to the greatest mission field, in times with the greatest opportunities for proclamation.
