The children’s workers who serve in Guinea Conakry are asking for our help! They would like to do personal evangelism to the thousands of children and they have asked us to help by providing wordless books for them.
We have many plans for this summer and we would like to persevere in order to accomplish them. Would you like to come along with us? In this way we could give thanks to God together, when they are all fulfilled!
I must say camp ministry is dear to our hearts. Is it because we live in such a beautiful part of Romania where God’s amazing creation can be admired all year round and it’s such a wonderful place to have a camp?
Good News across Romania is and annual event in the CEF of Romania calendar. The purpose is to take the Good News of the Gospel to as many children as possible in one county during one week of the summer through 5 Day Clubs.
The Lord blesses the time in the camp and also the teaching from His Word. In the camp the children experience a Christian atmosphere and it comes easy for them to think about their Creator, about their life, to pray before the meals or in other parts of the day and to read their Bible.
Many of the children who attend this Good News Club would only have one meal a day and our hearts break for them. We would love to be able to take them to summer camp this year. In order to do this, we will know that they will need …
You are probably familiar with that feeling of having made all the necessary steps towards your goal, but one, and usually the most difficult step needs to be done first before the goal is achieved! That’s us right now!
We want to take advantage of this opportunity and to share with the children, in the coming months, about the One who can be their Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ. Our plan is to do this through tract distribution, camps and out-door events (in the Bicaz and Targu Neamt areas).
