The Lord Jesus Himself reminds us that the harvest is plenteous but the labourers are few. There is much work to be done but few who are doing it. Praise God for those He does call to serve Him full time and dedicate their energy and complete attention to reaching boys and girls with the Gospel. - A full time worker can take the Gospel to 3,000 children in a year.
- A full time workers trains volunteers and works together with local churches to evangelise children
- Through a full time worker, thousands of pieces of literature is distributed to children and teachers.

- Administration: ensuring that all legal requirements are met.
- Local Area: by the grace of God we have full time workers in 18 counties of the country.
