Throughout the Scriptures, we see a recurring pattern: God calls His people to go, and in obedience, they go.
Of Abraham’s family we read: They set out for the land of Canaan, and they arrived in the land of Canaan (Genesis 12:5b).
The journey itself was an act of obedience, and God’s faithfulness met them along the way.
We are grateful to the Lord for every journey made to Good News Clubs and ministry in the area — for every time we have set out and arrived safely. Week after week, these journeys are made in the same spirit: in obedience to God’s call to bring the Good News to children, trusting Him for every mile of the road.
For this ministry, a car is a necessity. It is what makes it possible to get from A to B, to arrive at the club on time, to carry materials, and to serve the children and families in the communities around us. We are deeply thankful for the car we received nearly three years ago. It has been a faithful and much-used help in this work, and continues to be.
However, the time has come for some significant repairs to enable the ministry car to continue into the future. We pray and ask for God’s provision and ask that you too would prayerfully consider being involved in this important need.
Thank you for your obedience to the call of God and your commitment to ensuring children in our area hear the Gospel.
