“The rain stopped just in time for the club… and then started again immediately after!”
“New children attended and listened so carefully.”
“We want to continue meeting with these children.”
“We are praying for a church to start in this village too.”
“A lady from the church opened her home so we could meet with the children when it was raining.”
“Children want to continue learning about God through the Bible Correspondence Course.”
We have a lot to be thankful for. We know of over 2,717 children who heard the Gospel message during the 5 Days. Many of these children attending every day. 5 Day Clubs were held in 43 locations and approximately 300 volunteers worked together to take the Gospel despite the various challenges each one faced.
Open air ministry is not easy, but on the last day of the project, each one can say, it was certainly worth it. We look back on a special week when we were reminded again that God is good and He answers the prayers of His people. And He continues to give us the opportunity to serve Him, for His Kingdom.
Thank you for praying and for all that you did for each child who will be able to look back on this week in July 2018 and say, “Someone cared enough to tell me about the Saviour who came – for me.”
