We are so thankful for the conference held in Calan (county Hunedoara) on 8 March. 19 local churches were represented and 87 children’s workers were blessed as they were taught from the W
ord of God and given many practical ideas on how to glorify God in their ministry and how to help children to do so too.

Thank you so much for supporting this project! You were a blessing to these teachers and they were encouraged to continue serving God.

During the conference, there was a time for testimonies. One teacher shared the following, “I am a kindergarden teacher and I am so thankful that in Romania we can still pray with children and read to them from the Bible. The children thank God for their food before each meal time. One day I was not at kindergarden and a new teacher did not think the children should pray. One by one the children wanted to pray, and they were stopped from doing so. Eventually one little boy (usually very shy) said, whatever happens, happens, but I am still going to pray!

Other stories were shared too of how young children are spiritually aware and want to know more about God.

Children can learn great habits from a young age! They want to know more about God! May each of us find ways to invest in these young lives who will grow up to make a difference in society!
